.177 QYS MATCH Grade Airgun Pellets are made by Qiang Yuan SportsGoods. These .177 / 4.5mm flat head pellets are suitable for high-level competition work. Some hunters also choose them for close-range pest control, too. This is because the flat face of the head delivers maximum shocking power, which imparts a clinical despatch. When shooting at paper targets, the flat head or ‘wadcutter’ design, punches clean holes in the score card. This makes it easier to score.

Match pellets are best suited for close range shooting, making it perfect airgun ammo for 10m Target disciplines. For longer distance shooting, choose QYS’s FT ranges in Domed or Streamlined.

About the Company

QYS was established in 1994. They developed their own technology and pellet making processes to produce some of the most accurate pellets ever manufactured. Design

The .177 / 4.5mm QYS MATCH Grade Flat-head Airgun Pellets are designed around the time-proved ‘waisted’ or diabolo shape. They are smooth-sided to reduce friction while travelling both up the gun’s bore, and through the air on their way to the target. Combined with the state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, this is what makes them such an accurate pellet.

Because they are designed specifically for high-precision target shooting, they are individually hand-selected at the factory and packed in Styrofoam ‘trays’ of two sliding layers of 100 pellets each within a plastic box

This pellet’s flat head punches clean holes in paper / card targets, which makes it much easier to score.

Uses

The design of this QYS pellet is specifically for high-precision target shooting over close ranges (eg 10 meters). However, some hunters also choose them for close-range pest control. This is because the flat face of the head delivers maximum shocking power, which imparts a clinical despatch.

Suitability

The .177 QYS MATCH Grade Flat-head Airgun Pellets are suitable for use in PCP (precharged pneumatic) airguns, spring-powered, pump-up and CO2-powered air rifles and pistols. They are best suited to power levels below 12ft/lbs.

Quantity

.177 QYS MATCH Grade Flat-head Airgun Pellets are supplied in two, individually packed Styrofoam trays, each holding 100 pellets. So in total, you get 200 pellets. The trays are protected by a plastic case, on which is also printed a QC ‘batch’ number. This makes it easy to buy more pellets from the same manufacturing run.
